Pulse Systems maintains an inventory of spare parts for our pulsed CO2 lasers with a fully equipped service department, in Los Alamos, New Mexico. Service, maintenance or repair problems should be communicated to Pulse Systems service department in Los Alamos. When requesting service assistance, please provide the serial number which appears on the identification plate affixed to the rear panel of the pulsed CO2 laser housing.
Field service, of a non-warranty nature, requiring the presence of a PSI technical representative will be provided upon request. The user will be charged for travel and living expenses at cost, plus a daily service rate.
Pulse Systems service organization will be pleased to assist with problems which may require the replacement of components in the system, but which do not require the presence of a technical representative. Replacement parts can usually be shipped from stock. Problems which cannot be diagnosed by the user, through consultation with PSIs service department, may require the replacement of an entire module in order to minimize potential down-time.
